The L.C. King Manufacturing company was founded by L.C. King in 1913. Since that time, the company has continued to make comfortable, practical stylish clothing at their Bristol, Tennessee plant. L.C. named the Pointer Brand after his prize hunting dog, King’s Carolina Bill, who appears on the label. Famous for their overalls, Pointer also makes jeans, jackets, aprons, and other contemporary clothing, all adorned with American-made zippers, buttons, thread, and labels.
