Walnut Studiolo of Portland, Oregon began in 2009 as a labor of love when architect Geoffrey Franklin realized he wanted beautiful leather accessories for his bike. But he couldn’t find them anywhere. They say if you want a job done right, do it yourself. He did, and suddenly Walnut Studiolo was born. So Geoffrey’s wife, Valerie, contributed her business savvy and since 2010 their products have been all the rage on the bike blogs.
